102512eSan Leandro based Curtain Call Performing Arts and the California Conservatory Theatre merged with a shared vision to continue to provide exceptional live theatre to San Leandro and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. After a summer of negotiations the two companies have moved forward under the CCPA name.

Now the curtain is ready to rise on the 2012/2013 season with “A Toast to the Arts,” fund-raiser at The Vine, Wine and Tapas, on Parrott Street in downtown San Leandro on Sunday, Oct. 28, from 3 to 7 p.m. Guest hosted by San Leandro Mayor Stephen Cassidy, the all-inclusive event will feature wine, tapas, live performances, a silent auction, and the opportunity to purchase season tickets.

The 2012/2013 CCPA season will include six productions featuring musicals, stage plays, and choral concerts with performances at the current CCT site and San Leandro Performing Arts Center.
