Castro Valley Synergy The Castro Valley Synergy travel softball program will hold tryouts for its 14- and 16-and-under teams this Sunday and again on Nov. 18 at Castro Valley High School.
The 14A program, coached by Max Allman and Larry Lee, will select its spring team from 10 a.m.-noon each day following the tryouts. The 16A program, coached by Mike Adami, will pick its summer team following tryouts those same days from noon-2 p.m. All age-appropriate girls, regardless of hometowns, are eligible to try out for the two competitive teams.
