Marijuana for Sale
Saturday, December 15: at 11:00 a.m., sheriff’s deputies arrested a 22-year-old man from Castro Valley on suspicion of possession of an illegal amount of marijuana with the intent to sell it. The man was traveling on Terry Way near Dominic Drive in Castro Valley when deputies pulled him over and discovered his stash. The man was taken to Santa Rita Jail.
Saturday, December 15: at 6:29 p.m., a 47-year-old woman from CV was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine drugs. Deputies spotted the woman traveling on Castro Valley Boulevard near Maria Court when they stopped her for questioning and discovered the drugs. The woman was taken into custody.

Friday, December 14: at 7:10 a.m., deputies arrested a 53-year-old man from Hayward for taking a shopping cart off premises from a retail shop with the intent to keep it away from the business. The man was behind a store on Castro Valley Boulevard near Redwood Road when deputies caught up with him. The man was given a citation and a date to appear in court.
Friday, December 14: at 8:02 p.m., a 49-year-old woman from CV was arrested on suspicion of performing degrading, lewd, or vicious acts in front of minors in her custody. Deputies were called to a home on Seven Hills Road near Alma Ave. The woman was in the garage with the garage door open when deputies arrived. The woman was taken into custody.
Thursday, December 13: at 10:50 a.m., deputies arrested a 57-year-old man from Castro Valley on suspicion of possession of an illegal amount of marijuana drugs. The man was traveling on Stanton Avenue near Denning Court when deputies caught up with him and discovered his stash. The man was taken into custody.
Wednesday, December 12: at 9:10 p.m., a 30-year-old man from Hayward was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana drugs, and an open container of alcohol in the car. Deputies pulled the man over on Foothill Boulevard near John Drive and discovered he also had a warrant out for his arrest. The man was taken to Santa Rita Jail pending a $6,5000 bail.
