Bullets Fired into Building

Police found several bullets lodged in a building on the 1200 block of Davis Street last Sunday around 9 p.m.

They found the bullets and some casings, but no victim or suspect, according to Lt. Randy Brandt of the San Leandro police.

No one was hurt.

Indecent Exposure

A parent was flashed by a man on a bicycle as she picked up her child at Jefferson Elementary School last Thursday around 5 p.m.

The suspect rode up to her on a bike and engaged her in conversation.

When she looked over at the man, she realized his zipper was down and he was exposing himself to her, according to Lt. Randy Brandt of the San Leandro police.

The suspect then rode away on his bike.

Brandt said that the police are taking the incident very seriously and are asking any witnesses to come forward by calling 577-3230 or the anonymous tip  line at 577-3278.

Robbery Suspect Gets Away, Drug Suspect Arrested

Police responded to a report of  a robbery on the 500 block of Davis Street around 4 a.m. on Jan. 27.

They didn’t find the robbery suspect, but did make a drug arrest.

When the officers arrived on the scene, they spotted a suspicious vehicle and talked to the people inside it, said Lt. Randy Brandt of the San Leandro police.

After being interviewed by the cops, a female passenger admitted she had some meth in her posession and was arrested.
