A cross-section of views on gun ownership and what can be done to protect school children and adults from gun violence will be presented at 1:30 p.m. this Sunday, Feb. 10, at Castro Valley Library.
Among invited speakers are State Sen. Ellen Corbett to discuss proposed changes in California gun laws, a representative from the Castro Valley School District to report on what’s being done to increase school security, members of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office, a gun-owner, and a Castro Valley gun store owner. The forum is being sponsored by Starr King Unitarian Universalist Church. |
