2008, after a long illness. He was
76. A native of French Camp, Calif.,
Mr. Angelo was a veteran of the
Korean War and a Purple Heart recipient.

45. Born in San Francisco, Phil was a
graduate of McAteer High School and
worked for Neiman Marcus for over
20 years. He was obsessed with golf,
loved chicken wings, teasing you until
your sides split, and the one-glove
wonder — Michael Jackson.

of San Leandro, Mr. Catone was
recruited by the San Francisco
Seals professional baseball team in
1946 and was later transferred to
the St. Luis Browns.

Monday, Nov. 3, at Redwood
Chapel Community Church in
Castro Valley. Private burial was
at Lone Tree Cemetery in Hayward.
